The Full Painting Process
Here's what happens after your painting project is confirmed:
1. Paint Strategy Meeting
You’ll explore our seemingly infinite color options, materials, and finishes. Our team sources the highest quality products, ensuring your space looks stunning for years to come.
The mic will be yours as you identify your strongest pain points and desires. We'll quickly create a plan that excites you.
2. Prepping
We'll hand-select the perfect team of skilled painters to bring your vision to life. You'll find us at your front door on time, equipped with every tool we need and ready to rock.
It's always recommended to remove pictures, plants, lightweight furniture, and other valuables prior to our arrival. Either way, our expert painters cover everything in sight with plastic sheeting. No need to worry about paint splatters with us.
Here's where we believe we stand out. Perhaps like you, we're obsessed with perfection. Every chip, crack, peel, and patch is fixed and blended prior to painting. This ensures the paint surface is perfect and level, which truly enhances the result.
3. Project Kickoff
Before we begin, we'll provide a brief overview of the day's work to keep you informed. And once we begin, we'll always be available to address any questions you may have.
There’s no stoppage throughout your project. We work diligently until completion because let's be honest - neither of us like halts or delays.
4. Daily Updates & Site Cleanup
We believe in transparency, which is why we'll provide daily progress updates, keeping you in the loop and ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way.
You have our word that your property will be as neat as before we arrived after every session. You can trust that our polite staff will respect your property as if it were their own.
5. Final Inspection & Walkthrough
Upon completion, we'll conduct a thorough audit to ensure the project meets our stringent quality standards. We'll then invite you for a final walkthrough, addressing any concerns or touch-ups as needed.
6. Post-Project Support & 1-Year Warranty
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind our promise to make sure you're 100% happy with the result. If you have any questions or concerns after the project's completion, our team will be more than happy to assist you.
While uncommon, no paint job is guaranteed to live on forever. If you notice wear and tare within the first year, we'll stop by and repair for free.
